Bay Flat is a beautifully presented first floor apartment situated just off the centre of the pretty harbour village of Saundersfoot. The apartment has some beautiful views out over the harbour, bay and surrounding coastal path and has been decorated and furnished to a good standard. It is a very light and airy property and has plenty of room to accommodate six although it can take eight snuggly. The property is situated over the owners shop and a two minute walk to the village centre and harbour.
The property comprises of a cosy sitting room and dining area with a Tv, Dvd and Cd player as well as a selection of Dvds, games, and books. It has a nice sized kitchen well equipped with gas cooker, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave. 4 bedrooms two twin rooms one with a wash basin in and two double rooms. The bathroom has bath with shower over it, basin and wc. The property has gas central heating and all fuel is included in the rental, bed linen and towels are supplied but you will need to bring your own beach towels. On request a cot, highchair, buggy, bucket and spades, fishing nets are available at no extra cost. Parking is approx. 100 meters from the property and a free parking permit is supplied by the owner, but you can stop to unload outside the property.
