Newton Grange holiday home is a large detached house situated in its own grounds. I t is situated just outside the village of Carew and approximately 7.5 miles from Tenby. There are many places to go in the area and some of the finest beaches in Wales and the UK with more seaside awards than any other county. Freshwater West, Newgale and Whitesands are all good beaches for surfing. Pembrokeshire has four great beaches that are great for sandcastles and have activities and daily boat trips that will appeal to all ages.
Activities available in Pembrokeshire and South Wales area include walking, cycling, sailing, and watersports, kayaking, surfing, windsurfing, kite surfing, rock climbing, horse riding, golfing, fishing and much more.
Newton Grange sleeps 12 in 5 bedrooms: two double rooms (both with vanity units), two which contain both a double and a single bed (one of these rooms has its own shower, both have vanity units) and one room with bunk beds. There is a bathroom on the first floor which has a shower and toilet. Another separate shower room with toilet is located on the same floor. There is also a toilet downstairs.
There are two living areas both with comfortable leather sofas TV, DVD and Sky and a dining room which seats six. The large fitted kitchen is well equipped with electric cooker, dishwasher, fridge freezer and microwave and seating for six people. There are no laundry facilities but there is a clothes line in the back garden for your use. Bedlinen is provided but please bring your own towels. Parking is available in the drive. Smoking is permitted and pets are welcome. There is no charge for a small dog but a £15 charge is made for a large one.
There is an entertainment room in the attic area at Newton Grange: with a pool table, snooker and billards, table tennis, darts, flicker football, games, colour TV and a hi fi, the children will always have something to do. In the back garden there is a covered heated swimming pool and next to it is a BBQ area with a large patio, table and chairs where parents can sit and watch the children play. There is a sandpit and large play area consisting of a mini roller coaster, multi swings, climbing frames, seesaw, swing ball, boules, volley ball, frisbees, and some toys for the young ones. There is room to play cricket and football, too. If you’re feeling less energetic, you can relax in the garden hot tub - and if your tan needs a top up, we even have a solarium available free of charge for that all over tan!
