This is a three bedroom end of terrace house situated in a convenient location only a short distance from the town centre, North or South Beaches, supermarket and car parks. Tenby has so much to offer, in addition to the four golden sandy beaches, there are boat trips to Caldey island where you can walk across the island and enjoy the views. A short drive takes you to Heatherton that offers numerous outdoor activities and Folly Farm where children can indulge in looking after the farm animals for a day and see more exotic creatures.

The town itself also boasts a wonderful choice of good restaurants offering a range of sandwich take-a-ways to mouth-watering local dishes with fresh seafood a specialty in the season. The public houses offer bistro style food throughout the day and evening and some have live entertainment during the summer months and if, you still have energy at the end of the day after all that Pembrokeshire air, on a fine evening, a walk along the promenade at South beach will allow you to take in a sunset equal to any tropical destination in the world.

Lounge: Colour television and digi-box, real flame gas fire. Dining room: with dining table and 6 chairs. Kitchen: Gas hob above electric oven with cooker hook over. Microwave oven, fridge and automatic washing machine. Door to rear. First Floor: Bathroom: Panelled bath with shower over, wash basin and low level wc. Built in airing cupboard. Bedroom 1: Double plus ample built in wardrobes and dressing area, wash basin set on vanity unit. Bedroom 2: Double plus built in wardrobe. Bedroom 3: A set of junior bunks (suitable only for children). Outside: There is an enclosed rear courtyard with a door to the side making it ideal access for bikes, surf boards etc. Bed linen is provided and gas fired central heating and electricity is included within the rent. Sorry, no smoking and no pets. Parking is available in the neaby multi-storey car park at a cost of approximately £10.00 per week.
