The popular visitor attractions of Folly Farm and Oakwood Leisure Park are approximately 1 mile and 6 miles respectively whilst the historic town of Tenby with its many shops and restaurants is approximately 5 miles.

Lounge: With colour television, DVD and Free-sat, 3 piece suite and electric fire.
Kitchen: A fitted kitchen with integral appliances including electric oven, ceramic hob, automatic washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, fridge and freezer. Microwave oven, breakfast table and chairs. Attractive leaded windows on two sides allows this room lots of natural light.
Bedroom 1: Double bed, fitted wardrobes and double glazed patio doors lead to the rear garden.
Bedroom 2: Two single beds, wardrobe and window to rear.
Bathroom/wc: An attractively tiled room with paneled bath plus over shower, wc, bidet and wash basin. Electric heater plus an electric towel heater.

The property is personally supervised by the owners who offer a very warm welcome to all guests and who’s levels of cleanliness are of an exceptionally high standard.

There is parking on the drive for one vehicle, plus an attached garage with parking for one standard size vehicle or alternatively this can be used for storing cycles, surfboards ect. Beds are made up freshly for your arrival and all rents include heat and light.
