A compact second floor apartment, ideal for couples only and conveniently situated in a central location in the heart of the busy town of Tenby. During the months of July and August visitors can experience the pedestrian scheme which converts the walled town to a caf� culture, vehicle free zone in order that the restaurants, coffee shops, public houses and gift shops can be enjoyed safely at a leisurely pace.
The towns cobbled streets are lined with colourful gift shops, coffee shops and a choice of public houses and restaurants all serving a choice of local and popular dishes.
Further afield, the Cathedral City of St Davids makes a relaxing visit whilst many of the beaches en-route are a well worth stop off point.
An external staircase leads to first floor. Communal entrance hall with two flights of shallow stairs leading to the second floor. Small entrance hall/storage area. Kitchen: Modern fitted kitchen complete with washing machine, electric cooker with cooker hood over, larder fridge and microwave oven. Lounge/Diner: Leather sofa/bed, electric night storage heater, flat screen television, digital tv box, dining table plus 4 chairs situated in the box window which overlooks the town�s Tudor Square. Bedroom: Double bed, electric storage heater. Shower Room/WC: Walk in shower cubicle with electric shower, low level wc, wash basin with mirror and light over. Duvets and bed linen are provided. Visitors are asked to supply their own towels and tea towels. Rent is inclusive of electricity. Sorry no pets and no smoking in the property.
