This is a third floor apartment right on the sea front at The Esplanade, Tenby having stunning sea views and of Caldey Island and St Catherines Island yet only a short distance (approx. 80 yards) from the historic town walls. Inside the town walls, the cobbled streets are lined with colourful gift shops, coffee shops and pubs and restaurants all serving a range of both local and popular dishes.
Caldey Island is just a short boat trip away from the town’s pretty harbour where visitors can spend the day ambling around the island, visiting the monastery and watching the seals basking off the back of the island.
Entrance hall via the Panorama Hotel main entrance door. Several flights of stairs take you to the third floor where the apartment is located. Lounge/Diner/Kitchenette area: Electric cooker, fridge, microwave oven, breakfast bar, 2 x 2 seater sofa’s, electric fire, colour television, digital tv receiver and dvd player, dormer window with almost uninterrupted views out to sea and of Caldey and St Catherines Islands. Bedroom 1: Double bed, colour television, wash basin with mirror and light/shaver point over, dormer window with the same spectacular views as the living room. Bedroom 2: Two single beds, wash basin with mirror and light/shaver point over, skylight in sloping ceiling with views over the rooftops of the town. Bathroom: Panelled bath with shower over. Separate wc. As with many town properties, there is no parking within the curtilage of the property although the Rectory Car Park is just a short distance away from the property (approximately 200 yards) and a weekly ticket costs £15.00 per car. Heat and light is included within the rental prices. Bed linen is provided at no extra charge and a very warm welcome is assured from your hosts, Robin and Carol. No pets and no smoking in the property.
Please Note: Because of this apartment’s unique location at the top of this hotel, it may not be suitable for people with small children or those unable to tackle the stairs as there is no lift.
