This is a comfortable 2 bedroom apartment forming the lower ground floor area of a Victorian town house in a most convenient location only a short level walk from the sea front at The Esplanade and the historic walled town. Inside the town walls, the cobbled streets are lined with colourful gift shops, coffee shops and pubs and restaurants all serving a range of both local and popular dishes.

Caldey Island is just a short boat trip away from the town’s pretty harbour where visitors can spend the day ambling around the island, visiting the monastery and watching the seals basking off the back of the island.

The property is accessed via steps down from the street to a private front door and spacious entrance hall. Lounge/Diner/Kitchen: Electric oven and gas hob with extractor hood over, microwave oven, automatic washing machine and dishwasher. Dining area comprising a corner seating arrangement and table. Living area: Colour television and suite. Ample books, games and tourist information. Shower Room/WC: Shower cubicle with electric shower, radiator, wc, wash basin. Door leads to small enclosed courtyard with bistro table and chairs exclusively for the use of guests. Access can be gained from this courtyard to the raised lawned area (shared with the owners who live in the main house). Bedroom 1: Double. Bedroom 2: Twin.

Bed linen is provided for your convenience and the gas fired central heating and electricity is included within the rental price. One well behaved dog is welcome (but not to be exercised in the garden).

As with many town properties, there is no parking within the curtilage of the property although the Rectory Car Park is just a short distance away from the property (approximately 200 yards) and a weekly ticket costs £15.00 per car.
