Wood is not provided for the wood-burner.As with many town properties, there is no parking within the curtilage of the property although the Multi-Storey Car Park is just a short distance (approx. 150 yards and the owner provides a parking permit for your convenience (£10 fully returnable deposit required). From end October to beginning April, the multi-storey car park is free of charge from level one upwards. No pets and no smoking in the property.
