This is a truly delightful end of terrace property typical of the town and situated in a most convenient location only a short (approx. 350 yards) from the North Beach and (approx. 700 yards) from the South Beach plus a level walk to the town's High Street.

Double glazed patio doors open out to the enclosed rear courtyard complete with wooden patio furniture. First Floor: Bathroom/Shower room/WC: Full sized bath, wash basin with shaver point and mirror over, radiator and separate shower cubicle. Bedroom 1: Double. Bedroom 2: 2 x single beds. Bedroom 3: 1 x single bed. Bed linen is provided and beds are made up for your arrival. Please bring your own towels and beach towels. Gas fired central heating is included within the rental prices. Wood is not provided for the wood-burner.

As with many town properties, there is no parking within the curtilage of the property although the Multi-Storey Car Park is just a short distance (approx. 150 yards and the owner provides a parking permit for your convenience (£10 fully returnable deposit required). From end October to beginning April, the multi-storey car park is free of charge from level one upwards.

No pets and no smoking in the property.
