This executive style property is situated overlooking the village of Saundersfoot, a fishing village and popular seaside resort attracting many visitors each year. Located at the foot of a picturesque wooded valley its appeal is due to the superb sandy beaches and the attractive harbour, which provide unrivalled opportunities for watersports, beach games, fishing and simply messing about in boats.
Accommodation within the house is spacious with sleeping for six people in three well sized bedrooms; two doubles and one twin. Tucked behind the house is easy access to a very quiet part of beach called "The Glen". When the tide is out you can walk for miles on the beach between Amroth, Saundersfoot and Monkstone Point with views towards Tenby.The house is an unusual three storey design with the entrance being via the top floor into a sun lounge. Stairs down take you directly into the large living room area. One double bedroom is on this level along with kitchen, utility room, dining area and separate WC. There is also external access from this area to the front of the house. Stairs down take you to the lower level where the remaining two bedrooms (one double, one twin) are located, one of which has an ensuite bathroom. In addition there is a separate shower room. Both bedrooms on the lower level have french doors giving access to the terrace with uninterrupted views across the bay. The accommodation comprises (approx. sizes) :-

Microwave, Fridge & Freezer, Television, DVD & Stereo. All bed linen with feather pillows and hand and bath towels are provided (not beach towels). No additional charge is made for heating and electricity used. Arrival Day is Saturday after 3pm, with departure by 10am on the final day of your holiday. Non smokers only and pets not allowed. The house is located near to the edge of the cliff and for reasons of safety nobody should cross the small wall at the end of the terrace. Obviously this is very important in the case of children and we strongly advise that none are left unsupervised on the terrace in case they decide to explore!
