This is a beautifully presented one bedroom ground floor apartment situated in an enviable location overlooking the town’s bustling harbour – a perfect setting for couples all year round. The property is situated in a cobbled street inside the historic walled town which, during the months of July and August, operates a vehicle-free-zone, where the streets are lined with tables and chairs to take advantage of the “al fresco” experience – weather permitting!

Tenby is flanked by four golden, sandy beaches and the towns streets are filled with colourful gift shops, coffee shops, restaurants and public houses all serving a variety of popular and local dishes. The Monastic Island of Caldey is just off the shores of the town, where a short and enjoyable boat ride from the towns harbour will take you to this island with its quaint village green, Abbey, chocolate factory and light house. From the back of the island you can often see seals basking in the sunshine.

There is a communal entrance hall which leads from Crackwell Street. Open-plan Lounge/Diner/Kitchen: With large, comfortable sofa plus matching chair arranged around the window with the most spectacular view over the harbour, North Beach and out into the Carmarthen Bay. Flat screen digital television and DVD player plus coffee/storage unit with a selection of books and tourist information. Dining table and chairs to seat 4, electric night storage heater. A well equipped, attractive fiitted kitchen comprising electric oven and hob with cooker hood over, microwave oven, fridge with freezer compartment and dishwasher. Bedroom: Double bed, built in wardrobe, door leads to bathroom/wc with panelled bath plus shower over, wash basin with light/shaver point over and wc. The rents are inclusive of heat, light, bed linen and towels. Regrettably, no pets and no smoking in the property. 3pm arrival time.
