Manorbier, Near Tenby

Swallows is a detached three bedroom cottage, tastefully converted in 2000 from a former farm outbuilding situated in the grounds of Slade Farm just a mile and a half from the beach and the village of Manorbier. Slade Farm is in a lovely, secluded yet not remote position within seven acres of land, most of which is left to rough pasture, but there is a cultivated grass area to the front where visitors staying in Swallows and the neighbouring cottage are welcome to use. There is a sizeable picnic table, barbecue and wind breaks are provided.

The property is very well equipped, furnished to a high standard which warrant’s its Wales Tourist Board 5 Star grading. The property is personally supervised by the owners who live in the main farmhouse. Beds are made up for your convenience and towels, tea towels, table cloths and bath mats are all provided at no extra charge. A cot can be provided upon request but visitor must provide their own bed linen for the cot. Oil and electricity are metered and charged at the current domestic rates, payable upon your departure.

A maximum of two well behaved dogs are welcome and there is a strict no smoking policy in Swallows.

Entrance hall with stairs to first floor. Lounge/diner: With French window doors opening to the front aspect, three piece suite plus easy chair, dining table and chairs, dresser, coffee table and fireplace with coal-effect electric heater. Colour television with Sky Freeview, video and dvd player, hi-fi system with cd/cassette/radio. Kitchen: A fully fitted kitchen and well equipped with electric cooker, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave oven, kettle, toaster and a comprehensive range of crockery, pans and useful kitchen utensils Bedroom 1: 5’ bed with bedside cabinets and lights, dressing table, built in wardrobe. En suite Shower Room: Shower cubicle, wc, wash basin, mirror and shaver point. Utility/Cloakroom: Automatic washing machine, tumble dryer, wc and wash basin. First Floor: Bedroom 2: A 5’ bed with bedside cabinets and lights, built in wardrobe and part sloping ceiling with window to front aspect plus a further window to the side. Bathroom/wc: With part sloping ceiling and skylight, fully tiled walls, bath with shower over, wc, wash basin and shaver point. Bedroom 3: Two 3’ beds and wardrobe, part sloping ceiling with window again to the side of the property.
