Cross View is a deceptively spacious, semi detached bungalow, renovated to a very high standard during the early part of 2006 and offers exceptional, quality holiday accommodation for visitors wishing to explore our beautiful county.

The property is situated in the peaceful hamlet of White Hill, only a short distance from the banks of the River Cleddau where the impressive Carew Castle stands and it is in a convenient position for accessing many of the county’s attractions such as including Oakwood Theme Park, Heatherton Country Sports Park and some of the most beautiful and clean beaches in the UK which can all be reached within approximately 20 minutes car drive.

The property comprises Entrance porch and hall. Living room with patio doors to rear garden, two leather sofa’s, coffee table, colour television, dvd player and digital television adapter, radio/cd player. Kitchen/Breakfast Room: Newly fitted kitchen comprising electric oven and hob with cooker hood over, fridge, washing machine/tumble dryer, dining table and chairs. Master Bedroom: Double bed with en suite shower room comprising double entry shower cubicle, wash basin and wc. Bedroom 2: Double bed. Bedroom 3: Set of full sized bunk beds. Family Bathroom: Full sized bath, wc, wash basin, cupboard, shaver point. Outside: The garden to the rear consists of a paved area immediately to the rear of the property with wooden garden furniture, the garden then continues to a large (approximately 25 yards) garden laid mainly to lawn with children’s swing and toddler’s slide. To the front of the property there is ample parking for 3 or 4 vehicles and/or boat. Rent is inclusive of oil fired central heating and electricity. Duvets and bed linen are all provided at no extra cost. Sorry, no pets and no smoking in the property. 3PM arrival time.
