This is a modern, second floor apartment constructed during 2006, has been finished to a very high standard and is presented in immaculate order which will be appreciated by all discerning visitors. The apartment is situated in an enviable position overlooking the town’s bustling and colourful harbour taking in views right across North Beach towards Monkstone point and seawards into the Carmarthen Bay. So many of the town’s facilities are just a stone’s throw of this property including a good choice of restaurants and public houses selling a range of local and popular dishes.

During the months of July and August each year the town operates a pedestrian scheme which converts the walled town to a café culture, vehicle free zone in order that the restaurants, coffee shops, public houses and gift shops can be enjoyed safely at a leisurely pace.

Enter through a ground floor communal entrance foyer with video entry phone system. A sizeable, communal storage cupboard can be found in the foyer and is suitable for outdoor footwear and other larger items such as beach equipment. Four short flights of carpeted stairs lead to the apartment door, alternatively guests can use the lift. Open plan kitchen/diner/lounge: A comprehensively fitted kitchen with integral appliances comprising electric oven and ceramic hob, fridge, freezer. There is also an automatic washing machine/tumble drier and microwave oven. Dining table and chairs to seat 4 are situated in the bay window to take in those breathtaking views, 1 comfortable sofa (which is a sofa bed suitable for accommodating one additional guest), 2 chairs, plus a colour television and digibox, DVD player and video player. Family Bathroom with beautifully tiled walls, a panelled bath with shower attachment, wc, wash basin and heated towel rail. Master Bedroom with double bed and en suite shower room comprising shower cubicle fitted with a multi-jet shower, corner wash basin with illuminated cabinet over, wc and heated towel rail. Bedroom 2 with two single beds. Rent is inclusive of electricity and gas fired central heating. Bed linen and towels are provided, but guests are asked to bring their own beach towels. 4pm arrival time. Regrettably, no pets and no smoking allowed in the apartment.
