This is a modern, ground floor apartment only approximately 350 yards or so from the golden sands of the South Beach and Tenby�s Championship 18 hole links golf course and only approximately 250 yards level walk to the sea front and town�s High Street where a host of local amenities can be found including banks, grocers and newsagents, whilst the pretty, cobbled streets are lined with colourful gift shops, coffee shops, restaurants and public houses all serving a range of meals including fresh produce.

The apartment was converted around 1997 and has the benefit of a private parking space. The apartment is presented in immaculate order and will be appreciated by all discerning visitors. Rent is inclusive of electricity and gas fired central heating. Duvets and pillows are provided although guests are asked to please bring their own bed linen (sheets, duvet covers and pillow cases), towels, tea towels and beach towels.

Enter through the kitchen door. Kitchen: A comprehensively fitted kitchen comprising gas cooker, automatic washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave oven plus dining table and chairs. Living Room: A good sized living room with colour television with satellite service, DVD player and Hi-Fi. Bedroom 1: Double bed with moveable shaver adapter. Bedroom 2: Two single beds plus a single futon for an additional guest (under the age of 12), plus a travel cot for a baby. Bathroom/wc: Full sized panelled bath with shower over, wash basin with mirror over, wc and large airing cupboard. Outside: Patio furniture, allocated parking space for one vehicle. Regrettably, no pets and no smoking allowed in the apartment. Arrival time 4 pm.
