Kitchen: Fitted kitchen with integral appliances including electric oven and microwave oven, fridge/freezer, automatic washing machine/tumble dryer, 5 ring gas hob with stainless steel cooker hood over. Master bedroom: Double bed, large wardrobe, colour television and video player. En suite bathroom comprising full sized panelled bath with shower over and glazed shower guard, wc, wash basin with mirror and light/shaver point over, radiator and extractor. Bedroom 2: With two single beds, large wardrobe and colour television. Parking is in the nearby Rectory Car Park (next door) or South Beach Car Park (approximately 200 yards). Sorry, no pets and no smoking in the apartment. Regrettably this property is not suitable for children under the age of 11 years. Bed linen is provided although visitors are asked to bring their own towels. Gas fired central heating is also included within the rents.
