This is an extremely well equipped and comfortable family house occupying the first and second floors above the fishing tackle shop in the High Street of Saundersfoot, a 2 minute walk from the harbour and beach.
Built circa 1840 it boasting breathtaking views into the harbour and seawards towards Monkstone Point from the lounge and master bedroom, it really is the perfect location for families who enjoy the “village life” Saundersfoot has to offer including the bustling harbour and golden sandy beach plus the numerous shops, restaurants and public houses all serving a choice of popular and local dishes. Bed linen is provided at no extra charge and electricity is included although £25.00 is chargeable for heating if required between June and October inclusive.
First Floor: The Kitchen/diner is well equipped and includes electric cooker, fridge, microwave oven, automatic washing machine and tumble dryer. Dining table and chairs to seat 6 persons. A stable door from the kitchen/diner leads outside onto a small enclosed sitting area. The light, spacious lounge has been furnished for family use and features a colour television, digital tv box and dvd player, “woodburner style” electric fire set in a feature fireplace. This room has spectacular views of the village and harbour. Bedroom 2: A twin bedded room. Bathroom/wc: With whirlpool corner bath with shower over, wash basin with light/shaver point over, wc and heated towel rail. Separate WC on the half landing. Second Floor: Master Bedroom with breathtaking views into the harbour and seawards plus windows to two further aspects, double bed and portable television.. Bedroom 3: A further twin bedded room. (Both Norland House and Norland Cottage can be let and booked together to sleep 9/10. Price on application. (Z bed and futon available for the ninth and tenth persons). Sorry, no pets and no smoking in the property. 4pm arrival time.
