A very comfortable self contained bungalow/annex adjoining the owners own main residence situated on a quiet residential development only 2 miles from the popular village of Saundersfoot and approximately 4.5 miles from the historic walled town of Tenby. This property makes an ideal base for those wishing to explore much of the South Pembrokeshire coast and its many attractions. Folly Farm is just over a mile away and will keep the children entertained all day, whilst a 25 minute trip by sea to Caldey Island makes an exciting change from normal day to day life.

There is ample parking at the property, the use of a spacious patio with garden furniture and lawned garden which leads to an orchard of fruit trees and ornamental pond (children to be supervised). The country views from the rear of the property are a peaceful contrast from the bustle of the nearby towns and villages. The owners ensure a warm welcome and provide all guests with a supply of towels and bathroom soap, whilst the beds are made up with fresh linen upon your arrival.

There are electric heaters in the kitchen, lounge and bedroom 1 plus additional heaters for colder evenings if required. Sorry, no smoking and no pets.

Lounge/diner: Cottage suite, dining table and chairs, colour television, well stocked bookcase and super countryside views. Kitchen: Well equipped with utensils and crockery plus electric cooker, microwave oven and fridge. Bedroom 1: Double. Bedroom 2: Twin beds. Bathroom/WC: Full sized panelled bath with integral seat, wash basin, WC, heated towel rail, electric shaver point.
