This is an attractive ground floor apartment in a most convenient location across the road from the towns bowling green and neighbours the peaceful public gardens. The seafront at The Esplanade, overlooking the towns South Beach and Caldey Island, is just 50 yards or so from the property, whilst the town walls are also a short level walk where most of the towns facilities are located including banks, restaurants, launderette etc.
The walled town, which during the months of July and August operates a vehicle-free-zone, the cobbled streets are lined with tables and chairs to take advantage of the al fresco experience weather permitting! Duvets are provided for all beds although visitors should bring their own bed linen (duvet covers, sheets and pillow cases). There are electric night storage heaters in most rooms which are operated by a meter and whilst this will be serviced by the owner before your arrival, visitors will be expected to meet the cost of any excess via the coin meter. 3pm arrival time.
Lounge: Colour television, DVD player. Kitchen/diner: Electric oven and hob, microwave oven, fridge/freezer, dining table and chairs. Bedroom 1: Double bed and wash basin set in vanity unit with mirror over. Bedroom 2: Double bed and wash basin set in vanity unit with mirror over. Bedroom 3: Twin beds plus wash basin in vanity unit. Shower/WC: Recently renovated tiled shower room with wc and hand basin. Parking: Outside for one vehicle. Sorry no pets and no smoking in the property. Strictly ONLY family groups at this property. 3pm arrival
