St Marys Street, Tenby

St Mary's House is a large, comfortable, Victorian family home situated in one of Tenby's quietest streets within the town walls. All of the town’s facilities are within easy walking distance and the Castle, Paragon and the South Beaches can be accessed down the steps at the end of St Mary’s Street. The house sleeps up to 12 people. There are 6 bedrooms, 5 of which have en-suite bathrooms. On the ground floor there is a large, open plan kitchen, dining and living area.

On the first floor a further comfortable living room.

The arrival time is 4.00pm whilst your day of arrival at St Mary's House can be flexible but subject to availability. Prices include bed linen and fuel. Please Note: No smokers and no pets. Also, no stag or hen parties.

Ground Floor: A large, open plan kitchen/dining room and a comfortable living room with wood burning stove (for winter months), a small decked patio area and downstairs wc. The kitchen: Benefiting from a large range style oven cooker, microwave, dishwasher, deepfreeze and walk-in larder. The dining table seats up to 12 people. First Floor: a further Living Room with TV and DVD player, the bay window afords views down St Mary's Street, over the Paragon Railings and seawards. Bedroom 1: double bed and single bed; en suite bathroom. 2nd floor: Bedroom 2: king size double bed; en suite bathroom. Bedroom 3: double bed; washbasin. Bedroom 4: double bed and single bed; en suite bathroom. 3rd floor: Bedroom 5: double bed and single bed; en suite bathroom. Bedroom 6: twin beds; en suite shower room. On the mezzanine floor there is a separate laundry room with washing machine, tumble drier and ironing facilities. There is also internet Wifi access for your own laptop.
