St Catherine's, Islands View Apartment, which under went a reburbishment in Spring 2010, is located in the centre of the picturesque village of Penally, just 1.5 miles from the centre of the popular seaside town of Tenby on the South West Wales coast, an enjoyable and scenic walk from the apartment takes you to the centre of Tenby or for less of a walk, to the sun-drenched South beach.
The pretty village of Penally is the perfect base for your holiday all year round, boasting a Church, Post Office/General store and 3 public houses where a choice of good food is served.
The property dates back to 1845 and was completely renovated in 2000 with a stylish makeover completed for the 2010 season. St.Catherine's is the first/top floor apartment and is named after one of the islands visible from the panoramic view.
The apartment has spectacular views out to sea and to Caldey Island, Tenby's highly regarded golf links that has the distinction of being Wales oldest golf course, and South beach. With the fantastic Pembrokeshire Coastal Path within approximately 500 yards of the apartment this makes St.Catherine's a perfect base for walking, golf, boating or riding. The apartment is furnished to a good standard and is also incredibly convenient for Penally railway station if you are planning to travel by train.
Living Room: The large picture window offers an unspoilt view. The lounge/diner is furnished with a two piece leather suite, coffee table, pine cabinet, colour TV, DVD and video player and pine dining table and chairs. Kitchen: Fitted kitchen with electric oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave oven and refrigerator. Bedroom 1: Four poster double bed, bedside cabinets, a wardrobe, chest of drawers plus hairdryer. Bedroom one also enjoys the same spectacular views as the living room. Bedroom 2: Two single pine beds, bedside cabinets, wardrobe and a chest of drawers. Bathroom: Panelled bath with mixer/shower attachment over, wash basin and wc. Rotary washing line on site. Parking: There is parking for one vehicle. Garden: A shared gravelled sun terrace with garden furniture. Washing machine is accessed in the shed, key will be on your key fob for this. Rent is inclusive of gas fired central heating, electricity and the provision of bed linen, but please bring your own towels including tea towels. A full sized cot is provided for a baby, please bring your own bedding for the cot only.
