This lovely spacious cottage situated on the outskirts of the picturesque village of St. Florence has been tastefully restored yet still retains the character of the old farm workers' cottage. Many of the rooms have uninterrupted views of the surrounding farmland. The large enclosed garden is shared with Sheepwalks Cottage next door and has a childrens combination swing/slide, picnic benches and other garden furniture. A brick built barbecue is also shared with the neighbouring cottage.
Black Sheep Cottage is only four miles from the beautiful sandy beaches of Tenby and Saundersfoot and ideally situated for many of the local attractions such as Folly Farm, Oakwood Adventure Park, Manor House Wildlife Park and the impressive Castles of Carew, Manorbier and Pembroke.
Ground Floor: Open plan living/dining room with centrally located open-tread staircase to first floor. Colour television and woodburner. Dining suite. Kitchen Electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. Breakfast table and chairs. Bathroom Panelled bath with mixer tap/shower, wash hand basin, bidet, WC and light/shaver point.First Floor Bedroom 1 Double bed. Bedroom 2 Twin beds. Bedroom 3 Family room with double bed and 2 single beds. Bathroom Panelled bath, wash hand basin and wc. Beds are made up on your arrival. Rent is inclusive of electric and oil fired central heating.
