Located on a quiet develpment in an elevated position, this bungalow has an enviable view over the historic town of Tenby and the Pembrokeshire coast. With the town and fantastic North Beach just 4 minutes drive away, 6 Seascape is ideally situated to explore Tenby and all that Pembrokeshire has to offer. Pembrokeshire has an abundance of attractions to suit all ages and interests.

Heatherton World of Activities, Manor House Wildlife Park, The Dinosaur Park and Fish Pembrokeshire's Fly fishing Lake are all within 5 miles of Seascape.

Accommodation Porch & Entrance Hall: leading to WC, childrens TV room and Lounge: Spacious living room with TV, free view and dvd player, three piece suite, Gas fire, and side-board containing games etc. Leading from the lounge is the: Dining Room: Table and chairs for six, Hi-Fi and french doors leading onto decked terrace.
Kitchen:Well equiped with stainless steel apliances. Electric double oven and grill, gas hob and extractor, microwave, large built-in fridge/freezer and dishwasher. The kitchen leads to the utility room with washing machine and work top space and the back door opens out onto a path which runs around to the garden at the back and driveway at the front, via a gate. Garden: Grass and decking at the front, enclosed grass and paved patio to the rear. The summer house at the back is an added extra for children to enjoy and the decked terrace to the side is ideal for the some alfresco dining or just enjoying a drink and taking in the view!

Bedroom 2: Modern twin room, bedside table and mirrored wardrobe.
Bedroom 3:Single room, bedside cabinet, chair and mirrored wardrobe.

Outside:Off road parking, private enclosed garden to the rear of the property, decked terrace to side of property with fantastic views. Bed linen is provided but please bring your own towels and tea-towels. This is a non-smoking property and no pets allowed. Arrival time 4pm.
