The third reception room also has a TV and seating for 5 with patio doors leading onto the terrace. This room also leads to the Conservatory which is set up as the main Dinning Room
First floor: The Master bedroom has a king-size bed with room for another put up bed or cot, fitted wardrobes and has an en-suite shower room with wc and hand basin. Bedroom 2 consists of twin single beds and fitted wardrobes. Bedroom 3 Family sized with a double bed, full size bunks and has room for an additional bed or cot, fitted wardrobes. Bedroom 4 Twin single beds. The spacious Family Bathroom consists of a full size bath with overhead shower, wc, hand basin and an additional fitted shower cubicle.
The grounds are extensive with plenty of room on the terrace for entertaining, ample lawned area for garden games and offer a large amount of off-road parking at the front of the property.
Strictly No Smoking and no pets. Arrival time is 4pm, Departure by 10am. Possibility of Friday or Saturday changeover day.
