This a lovely semi-detached property with many of comforts of home, decorated and furnished to a very good standard. There is a small garden to the front and a large enclosed garden to the rear nicely bordered with shrubs with seating and table for your comfort. There is a pub near by which serves good food and you are only just over 2 miles from Kilgetty which has a co-op and a small selection of shops, the village of Saundersfoot is just over 3 miles with its Sandy harbour beach and a selection of shops and restaurants and Tenby 5 miles approx.

Bedroom 2 This is located upstairs it has a double bedroom, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside lamp and a cupboard with extra pillows, blankets in. Bedroom 3 This consists of two single beds, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside lamp.
There is parking to the front of the property and a lovely peaceful garden with seating to the rear with a washing line. There is strictly no smoking in the property, one well behaved dog will be considered. Arrival time for this property is 3pm.
