This is a two bed annex(Sleeps 4/5)decorated and furnished to a very good standard. It is in an excellent position being two minutes from the The Blue Flag South Beach and the historic Tenby golf course (with views over the course). It is also less than a 10 minute walk into the town’s bustling and colourful Harbour taking in views right across North Beach towards Monkstone point and seawards into the Carmarthen Bay.
So many of the town’s facilities are just a stone’s throw from this property including a good choice of restaurants and public houses selling a range of local and popular dishes.
During the months of July and August each year the town operates a pedestrian scheme which converts the walled town to a café culture, vehicle free zone, in order that the restaurants, coffee shops, public houses and gift shops can be enjoyed safely at a leisurely pace.
There are plenty of attractions all within approximately 15-20 minutes drive of the town, including Folly Farm, Manor House Wild Animal Park, Heatherton Sports Park and Oakwood Theme Park.
Accommodation
Lounge This is a large lounge/diner with sette & comfy chairs, dining table and chairs, T.V. free-sat box & DVD player. The 'log burner effect' electric fire also adds to the cosy ambience of this annex. Kitchen White modern galley shaker-style kitchen which is well equipped. Included is a gas cooker, washing machine, microwave and fridge/freezer. Bedroom 1 This is a double bedroom off the kitchen with a built in vanity wash unit and plenty of hanging space and cupboards. Bedroom 2 This is accessed off the lounge and has two single beds, again with plenty of storage and cupboard space.Bathroom This has a toilet, wash hand basin and shower unit which has two smal steps up to it. The shower also has a fold down seat and rail for anyone with mobility problems. Conservatory There is a small but comfortable conservatory area off the lounge and a small table and chairs just outside. The owners also have provided buckets, spades etc for the beach and are kept in a cupboard for your use.
There is a lovely grassed area at the front of the property, overlooking the golf course, which is suitable for children to play on.
This is a Saturday changeover day arriving at 3pm and leaving at 10am. There is strictly no smoking in this property.
