This is a delightful spacious bungalow nicely kept with all the comforts of home as well as a well kept garden to the rear to sit out and enjoy the tranquillity of the country side. Summerhill is a small village with a local Farm Shop hairdresser and approximately 1 mile from the very busy village of Amroth with a beach,a few shops and various restaurants. It is approximately 4 miles from Saundersfoot and 7 miles from Tenby both having sandy beaches and various coastal walks, as well as a selection of shops, restaurants.

There are many attractions within an approximate 5 mile radius Oakwood Theme Park, Folly Farm, in one direction and Heatherton Country Park, Manor House wildlife park and many other varying attractions.

Accommodation Lounge Two leather settes, glass wall cabinet, Stone fireplace with electric fire, T.V. and Dvd. player.KitchenA well equipped kitchen is fully equipped with crockery, cutlery, Oven, hob, microwave,kettle,toaster, dining table and chairs. Bathroom: Bath with shower in, toilet, and wash hand basin. Garden: To front and rear of property with seating in the rear garden, washing line. There is offroad parking for 2 cars with the property and the location also benefits from being on the local bus route.

There is strictly no smoking in the property and no pets. Arrival time is 3pm and departure is 10am.
