:: How to submit your property

If you already have your own website, all you have to do is e-mail your website address to us and with your permission, we can make the details of your accommodation complete with photographs appear, in the same neat format that you see our other properties displayed. You can advise us at any point of any changes or special offers and we will update your entry.

:: How much does it cost?

It costs nothing to add your particulars to our website. At this stage, all enquiries will come through this office. We will then contact you with the details of the enquiry, check up to date availability with you and ONLY if a booking is confirmed, we will accept the deposit on your behalf, forward the necessary paperwork to the visitor and yourself, receive the final payment and forward the monies to yourself once the booking has taken place. The prices shown on our website will include a booking fee and a cancellation insurance premium. Fees start at just 10% commission on serviced accommodation or 15% plus VAT for self catering accommodation. So, if we sell your hotel room for 300 it will cost you 30. No sale, no fee. There really is nothing to lose, just more bookings to gain.
